Hello everyone! I'm here today to share my "Everyday life. Documented." spread for Week 23 with you...
I've been staying up-to-date with my pocket page spreads by setting a few "ground rules" for myself and my process. One "rule" is that I set aside time every week to work on my spread, usually on Sundays.
Another "rule" is that I collect and gather all of the items I plan on using before I print out my photos. This helps me determine what my color scheme or "theme" is going to be and that way I don't get halfway through my spread and end up searching for certain items or embellishments in specific colors or accents that I don't have on hand. This is a HUGE timesaver for me!
The only other "rule" I have is to have fun and not stress over my spread! Some weeks I only have an hour or so to create, while others, I have an entire afternoon. I try to keep it simple and to the point. If I'm lacking photos or don't feel like journaling a lot one week, then I don't :)
Shop Items Used: American Crafts (Mayberry Lemon Pockets & Cards, Mayberry Orange Soda Chalkboard Stickers, Mayberry Strawberry Lemonade Patterned Paper), Basic Grey (Candy Buttons, Mint Julep Woven Labels), Lily Bee Sweet Shoppe (Chit Chat Stickers, Label Stickers, Tiny Tablet), Pebbles (Lakeside Chalkboard ABC Stickers, Phrase Stickers, Paper Pad), Studio Calico (Atlantic Cork Arrow Stickers), Webster's Pages (Sweet Note Alpha and Tag Stickers)
I hope you have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
Loved getting insight into your process! :) Fabulous photos, Adrienne!
